We're seeking a Senior Development Lead to join our stellar team. Responsibilities :
Ability to perform both as a senior programmer and/or technical team lead. As a senior programmer, able to create and maintain Cobol & CICS programs and perform analysis with minimal assistance. Interface with PM & conversion team to review client specification and Quality assurance team on QA testing and production installation support. As a technical team lead, able to co-ordinate and prioritize tasks for a project. Ability to assist and give direction for junior staff member.
Qualifications:
Financial industry knowledge - Blue Sheet processing. 15
years of programming experience, Cobol, CICS, JCL, DB2, store procedures. Ability to work under pressure and be highly adaptable Strong written and communications skills for collaboration with various teams and upper management Able to adapt and embrace change and support business strategy and vision Why join Broadridge? Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
