We are searching for a passionate and experienced Senior Manager, UX Design who can utilize their design talents to ensure that Audible continues to lead through product innovation.
This position will is focused on delivering the Audible service on Amazon, Amazon devices, and marketing efforts on mobile and desktop.
You will help customers discover compelling new content, selecting the right plans and purchase options, and signing up for trials and membership.

A day in the life of a Senior Manager User Experience at Audible Lead small UX project teams that collaborate with cross-functional partners from product, insights & analytics, engineering, customer service, marketing, and QA.
Working with partners, you seek to understand, clarify goals, and refine requirements from the perspective of the customer.
Working with your UX team, you frame and shape the UX approach and proposed solutions maintaining alignment with UX and business strategies.
You transform project requirements and goals into clear, well-estimated plans; determining what activities, deliverables, and the number of iterations that are necessary to deliver the best quality design in the appropriate timeframe.
Work with your team to iteratively design, refine, and validate solutions.
Using your design skills you guide your team through the creation of wireframes, storyboards, walkthroughs and paper prototypes that communicate design ideas to the project team.
Graciously providing meaningful feedback and guiding the management of stakeholder input to improve the team's skills, perspectives, and design solutions.
You partner with User Research to ensure that design concepts meet our customer's expectations and deliver the desired results.
Guide your team through producing documentation that ensures design concepts are well understood by stakeholders and are detailed enough for efficient development.
You ensure that the team has accounted for variations across a wide variety of devices and platforms, handled error conditions and edge cases, and defined usable, elegant, and innovative interactions.
Deliver designs that promote our service-wide User Experience Strategy, and utilize our UX Design System, driving product coherence and continuity.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
