Administrative Operations Specialist

The selectee will serve as an Administrative Operations Specialist in the Office of Investigations, Newark Field Office. Typical work assignments include:
Providing administrative support and implementation for financial/budget administration; training; inspections; recruitment; evidences and inventory control; record management; and human resources management. Reviewing incoming communication and preparing replies to general inquires and routine actions; responding to administrative issues and inquires and resolving a variety of conflicts regarding administrative processes. Utilizing a variety of office automated programs, applications, tools and systems to generate reports, graphics, charts, graphs and PowerPoint presentations. Preparing memoranda and official messages; advising internal and external stakeholders on all procedural and administrative functions; providing guidance on appropriate response to actions; resolving a variety of administrative problems related to staff actions and assignments. GS-9:
You qualify for the GS-9 level (salary $61,131) if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-7 level performing duties such as; maintaining office calendar and meeting schedules; establish, review, update and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); reviewing reports and other information as it relates to financial information and documents; and analyzing and reporting data and communicating report findings to key stakeholders; OR A master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related; OR A combination of graduate level education and experience. This will be calculated using your r sum and unofficial transcripts or a list of courses/course hours submitted with your application. Time-in-Grade:
Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. Qualifications Must Be Met:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
