Route Sales Supervisor
Metro West NJ/NY territory
As Route Sales Supervisor, you would supervise Route Sales Representatives to ensure that our customers receive excellent, timely service and that products are effectively merchandised in all of our supermarket accounts. This would entail training and developing the route sales team, taking route rides with RSRs and physically running routes, conducting market tours, meeting bakery and store management, and developing action plans to increase business.
To qualify, you must be at least 21 years, possess a CDL Class B license and a clean driving record. A Bachelors degree, or willingness to earn one, is highly preferred. You should have prior experience with direct-store delivery and have recently held a supervisory position. Youll need demonstrated decision-making abilities and sound judgment, as well as strong leadership traits. Excellent verbal and written communications skills are necessary, as this is a highly visible role.
