We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Account Executive III in our Hoboken, NJ office. This position will support telecom, charitable organizations and financial service.
Job Overview:
A leader who is responsible for the day-to-day, account management of IBC relationships with assigned clients as their primary role. Leads client service teams to identify and meet client needs and thereby retain and grow a profitable book of business. Through service, pricing, consultation and reporting, promotes the value IBC delivers to clients.
Job Description :
oWork to establish new business opportunities with potential customers through cold calling, telemarketing, provided leads, networking and client/associate referrals
oWork to establish add-on business with existing customers
oMaintain an organized and easily accessible filing system (sales leads, prospective business, new business activity, add-on business activity, forecasting, quota details, etc.)
oMaintain up-to-date knowledge base of entire product line
oAttend industry and product related training programs, conferences, seminars and educational forums
oWork closely with inside sales consultants to assure customer satisfaction and business accountability
oAssist management team with developing new business ideas and accompanying marketing materials to achieve sales objectives
oWork to build long term relationships with customer base
oProvide accurate price quotes in a timely manner to customers
oPerform other duties as assigned
Requirements
oPrevious sales experience
oAbility to work independently as well as part of a team
oProfessional demeanor both on the phone and in person
oPrevious customer service experience
oAbility to remain organized while handling multiple projects/tasks
oAbility to communicate with co-workers, customers and vendors (verbal and written)
oExperience in a position that deals directly with customers (front-line)
oMust have a valid drivers license
