Our client is an up and coming company in their industry and they are looking for hunters to help them grow their great line of products in the flexible packaging industry. The hands on pro-active Sales manager with strong Flexible packaging expertise is what they are seeking.
A Sales Account Manager that has Flexible Packaging expertise is what we are looking for for this role. Strong overall sales experience to include finding new clients, maintaining the clients you have as well as getting current clients to buy additional products offered by our flexible packaging company. Experience with bags, pouches, zipper pouches, roll-stock and laminates specifically to madical device and food industry companies is preferred.
Our client has a great line of products across many industries to include the following.
Flexible Packaging custom laminated roll stock, custom barrier pouches, resealable polyethylene bags and zipper profiles.
Coated Products pressure sensitive envelopes, pressure sensitive labels edp, thermal, laser and prime, also adhesive coating fullgum and pattern, hot melt and aqueous
General Packaging packaging systems and accessories, identification products, and hazardous material shippers
Modern production facilities and state-of-the-art equipment assure all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. Our client distinguishes itself from its competitors with the following advantages:

Be Self Motivated, creative and innovative
Have a strong and successful track record in flexible packaging sales with emphasis in the Industrial Packaging industry (Laminating, Coating, Preformed Laminated Pouches, Preformed Monopolymer Bags, Slitting, Printing, Zipper Extrusion).
Be able to prospect, identify and establish new clients across multiple industries that Flexible packaging companies interact with.
Have excellent communication and inter-personal skills as a Sales Account Manager to grow sales within their current clients.
Be a problem solver for all flexible packaging issues that may arise when prospecting for new business as well as providing packaging expertise throughout the sales process.
