Job Description:

Scope of Work
Working with business unit and corporate center governance officers to maintain all aspects of the market data vendor governance initiative across the Company.
Support implementation and maintenance of new processes and systems in support of the market data Vendor Governance requirements.
Assist to maintain inventory of vendors with risk rating of Enterprise Critical, High, Medium or Low according to criteria defined by Enterprise Vendor Governance Office.
Ensure appropriate due diligence is completed following Company standards before one of the following actions is taken:
engaging a new vendor
approving a new agreement or engagement for an existing vendor
renewing an existing agreement or engagement
Support Vendor monitoring process with controls in place to ensure service quality and controls are reviewed frequently and thoroughly, and in a manner that is commensurate with each vendor's risk rating.
Maintaining central repository for all market data vendors and applicable vendor information, due diligence results, risk ranking and performance results.
Qualifications
BS or BA degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent. MBA a plus.
3
years overall business, project management and/or financial/statistical analysis experience, any vendor management experience is a plus.
Critical thinking and problem solving experience required.
Excellent oral and written communications skills and presentation skills with a focus on informing and influencing and relationship building.
Excellent Excel skills, experience with data aggregation and analysis
Strong organizational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and manage multiple projects.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, including interfacing with members of senior management.
Experience or knowledge of vendor management, risk management related disciplines is a plus.
