Scope of Services will include but not be limited to the following:
Network, server and application monitoring for hosted infrastructure and applications Support and response including assessment, analysis, escalation and resolution of system problems or malfunctions Provide critical support role in meeting the custom outage service level agreement for resolving outage related IT problems (average of 30 minutes or less) Participate in the coordination of incident response & problem resolution with responsible IT Operations associates and IT vendors as necessary Document problems and their resolution in the ITSM systems incident and problem records Follow all procedures (eg Change Management). Support Windows Server infrastructure; Updating the management agents that are installed on the Servers Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Operations Manager, Symantec Antivirus, Tivoli Storage Management and Dell hardware agents, etc. Patch, reboot and any other server activity Physical and virtual server builds Hardware firmware updates Investigate performance issues, and investigate server down incidents Print Servers - create and support print queues for client use Server File Restores - Perform file level restores for clients, such as excel and word documents on network shares Server Virus Protection - Ensure that virus protection is configured and working on all applicable Servers Respond to disk usage alarms Perform server patching Troubleshoot server performance issues Perform file restores Monitor the ITSM system queues for incident, task and change records and take the appropriate actions necessary to successfully resolve them. Active Directory architecture Microsoft Clustering Microsoft Encryption File & Print Management IIS, FTP and web technologies Virtual Infrastructure (VMware) 3.0/3.5/4.0 System monitoring tools such as EMC Ionix and Microsoft System Center Antivirus Protection System Backup/Restore procedures Administrative Scripting using VB, PowerShell or CLI Citrix & Remote access administration Email and Data Archiving Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification preferred ITIL v3 Foundations certification preferred Red Hat Linux knowledge/certification Exchange architecture/support experience Experience with mail architecture related to perimeter security, anti-spam, routing, mailbox failover and archiving technologies (IronMail/Symantec Enterprise Vault) IPAM BlueCat Networks Blackberry 4.x/5.x support experience SharePoint architecture and administration Server OS responsibility will include the following server versions: Microsoft Windows NT, 2000, 2003 and 2008 3 to 7 years experience required in the above skill sets

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
