Job Overview
This position assists in the design, development and enhancement of new and existing products across several market segments for Horizon BCBSNJ that support the company''s corporate goals.
Major
Responsibilities:
Investigates emerging new opportunities and refinements to existing products within assigned market segments.
Partners in the formulation of business plans to develop and implement new products and services.
Prepares analysis on product performance (enrollment, utilization and profitability) to determine proper intervention and corrective actions when necessary.
Analyzes and monitors competition to make recommendations to management on best product positioning and development.
Participates in the successful implementation of products, serving as the product lead or assisting on more complex initiatives.
Helps solve design, financial, marketing or administrative problems.
Partners with cross-functional teams to support information needs, including RFPs that guide and support Horizons strategic mission, goals and initiatives.
Participates in product maintenance initiatives in support of managing the product portfolio.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Education/
Experience:
Requires a bachelor''s degree in business administration, health administration, economics, mathematics, statistics or other liberal arts studies from an accredited college or university.
Prefers minimum of two (2) years'' experience in healthcare industry and/or healthcare product development or analytics.
Knowledge:
Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and supporting software in a Windows based environment, including MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and; should be knowledgeable in the use of intranet.
Knowledge of healthcare/health insurance industry.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
