The Judge Group is seeking a Fresh Produce Foodservice Sales Manager for a large produce supplier in the northeast. The Fresh Produce Sales Manager will be responsible for volume, distribution and profitability of company products and for building customer relationships within a specific geographic territory. The qualified individual will focus sales efforts against foodservice distributors and key operators in their markets.

Responsibilities
Establishes and maintains contact with key operator personnel and distributors in all key departments: purchasing, sales, logistics, and marketing
Trains and works on a cooperative basis with distributor sales organizations
Meets or exceeds profit objectives, targets and volume quotas for fresh produce Foodservice products in a designated geography
Maximizes profitable produce category sales opportunities through the effective use of national/regional/local programs, sales aids, marketing promotions, and major distributor/operator meetings
Identifies operators and develops plans for new sales in accordance with guidelines
Makes sound customer business decisions based on customer opportunity, volume and profitability resulting in profitable growth for the company
Calls on existing Operators to maintain our relationships
Manages and maximizes produce placements and thru-put to maximize ROI
Collaborate with the fresh produce sales team
Executes plans and programs to achieve maximum sales volume and operating profit objectives while controlling costs and operating within budget
Identifies and makes recommendations concerning changes in market, industry and/or competitive situations that offer opportunity for profitable growth

Requirements
BS/BA degree is NOT required
8+ years fresh produce Foodservice sales experience
MUST have a heavy background with fresh produce (fresh vegetables and fruits)
Ability to travel 80% of the time
Ability to act as a team player that collaborates and supports others
General computer skills with proficiency in word and excel
Proven track record of delivering sales results
Excellent presentation skills
Strong problem solving skills, time management skills and communication skills
Decision making ability
Ability to build customer focused relationships
General understanding of business finance

Salary: $115,000-$145,000

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
