The candidate will be providing legal advice relating to derivatives and investment adviser regulatory issues and trading documentation (including ISDAs). Will be negotiating investment management agreements, reviewing and assisting in the preparation of institutional marketing materials and responses to requests-for-proposals. Drafting and reviewing investment guidelines, advising with respect to mutual fund subadvisory issues and providing advice with respect to trading issues.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
