Responsibilities:
Identify and determine the status of Utility owned lighting product (s) at customer locations.
Document field look up findings in detail to determine customer account action.
Be able to sketch the lighting at the customer location as needed
Maintain spreadsheet information lighting products at customer locations
Position requires daily travel to and from customer facilities and therefore must have reliable transportation and a valid NJ driver?s license.
Must be self directed and demonstrate conducting business with a sense of urgency.
Must meet or exceed customer field look-up expectations and be able to work overtime as needed.
The ability to deal with a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledge.
Required:
Ideal candidate is confident, goal oriented, team player with a strong work ethic.
Must have drive, persistence and endurance
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must have high energy and an outgoing personality
Skilled in prioritizing, organization and time management
The ideal candidate is a team oriented, self-starter with customer service experience.
Must be detail oriented, decisive and be able think on their feet with minimal guidance. Must be have experience and be comfortable working independently with solid interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work overtime as requested with possible weekends.
Experience in the field of Utility owned Outdoor lighting is highly valued and preferred.

Maintain and apply working knowledge of PSEG Standards of Business Controls and meet management?s expectations for effective internal business controls. Assist with Special projects as necessary.

Desired:
Knowledgeable in Utility Lighting and electric infrastructure
SAP/CRM experience

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
