years of Help Desk experience in a large corporate environment
Performs problem management and resolution: diagnostic troubleshooting, problem logging and tracking, problem resolution, follow-up and escalation.
Performs analytical, technical and administrative work in the planning, design and installation of new and existing personal
computer
systems
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
Minimum 2 years of call center experience, including over the phone technical problem resolution, customer service/customer support experience
Knowledge of key Desktop environment and applications (eg Windows, Novell, Microsoft Office, Lotus).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
