Advanced Practice Nurse, Neonatal FICN

Responsibilities

The primary purpose of the Advanced Practice Nurse position is to participate under the administrative, clinical direction and leadership of the Director of the Neonatology Program and in collaborative relationship in the (Mother-Baby Unit), Neonatal Intensive Care Units (FICN and FIN Nurseries), Labor and Delivery areas with the other healthcare providers. Interacts collaboratively with the nurses and other multidisciplinary team members. Duties are to provide primary care for the high-risk newborn infants in these locations in accordance with the objectives, policies and procedures of the hospital and the New Jersey State Advanced Nurse Practice Act.


Participates under the direction of the Director of Neonatology and in a collaborative relationship with Attending Neonatologist, Nurse Manager and Nursing staff in the Intensive Care and Intermediate Care Nurseries and Labor and Delivery Room. Interacts in a collaborative way with a multidisciplinary team as well as with community agencies including DCP&P and community nursing services.


Measurement-criteria are 'as observed by the Director of Neonatology in collaboration with the Chief APN of the Hospital for all performance standards, unless otherwise indicated.


Qualifications

Certified as Advanced Practice Nurse in the State of New Jersey with a minimum of a Master's Degree in Nursing. Currently licensed as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the State of New Jersey. At least two (2) years of related nursing experience required. BLS and NRP required.


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
