They serve as a liaison between the warehouse team, customers and other internal stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve issues, and optimize logistics processes.
_ Experience with Accellos WMS is a MUST_ Description of Essential Duties & Responsibilities Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to logistics and warehouse operations promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate and timely information about order status, inventory availability, shipping schedules, and tracking information.
Order Processing:
Receive, review, and process customer orders within the Accellos system.
Ensure accuracy of order details, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and shipping instructions.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
Communication:
Collaborate with the warehouse team, drivers, and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of logistics activities.
Communicate order updates, delays, and other relevant information to customers in a clear concise manner.
Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer complaints, delivery discrepancies, and other logistics-related issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to address problems promptly and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries within the Accellos system.
Generate reports, as required, to track customer service metrics, order fulfillment performance, and customer satisfaction levels.
System Maintenance:
Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the Accellos system by updating customer information, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring data accuracy.
Collaborate with IT support for troubleshooting system-related issues.
Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent.
Additional education in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is a plus.
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a logistics or warehouse environment.
Familiarity with the Accellos management systems is a must.
Prior experience in inventory management and order management.
