User Support Specialist II (Citrix Administrator)

Responsibilities

As a Citrix Administrator, your primary role will be to oversee the design, implementation,
maintenance, and support of our Citrix infrastructure. This position requires close collaboration with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure the availability, performance, and security of our Citrix environments.


Qualifications

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or another closely related field. Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in Information Technology, with a strong foundation in managing Windows servers and operating systems. Demonstrated experience with Citrix XenApps and VMware infrastructures. Familiarity with managing Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments is essential. Active Directory Proficiency:
Proven ability to manage Active Directory tasks, including the creation and management of Group Policies. Advanced Citrix Systems Knowledge:
Experience with NetScaler, Citrix VDI provisioning, and Certificate Management are highly desirable. Security and Authentication Tools:
Experience with DUO Administration for twofactor authentication and familiarity with IGEL thin client solutions are preferred.


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
