Clinic Nurse Manager - ACS, Pediatrics

Responsibilities

The Clinic Nurse Manager is an experienced clinical leader responsible for managing assigned areas and multiple services within the assigned practice, supervising assigned patient care personnel during clinic operations. The Clinic Nurse Manager is responsible to ensure the safe and effective delivery of patient care and clinical outcomes, compliance with regulatory, administrative, and clinical standards, policies, and procedures. The Clinic Nurse Manager is seen as an expert in clinical practice topics and is proficient in personnel management and directs care to meet the unit demands in an efficient and cost-effective manner, as well as assisting with clinic budget management. This position reports to the Administrative Director of the practice and the Executive Director Clinical Operations.


Qualifications

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required, a Master's Degree (MSN) preferred. A minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required. BLS (CPR) is required. Certification as an Ambulatory Nurse (RN-BC) is desirable and preferred within two (2) years of hire. Must have the ability to lead a team and maintain maximum effectiveness and efficiency. Strong oral and written communication skills, and exceptional customer service skills required. Must have the ability to organize and prioritize multiple issues for resolution. Bilingual skills preferred. Prior experience with clinical supervision/leadership and participation on a multidisciplinary team is preferred.


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
