We are seeking a Front End Associate to join our team.
As a Front End Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and assistance with their inquiries.

The sales associate is responsible for maintaining fully stocked, attractive displays, operating a juice bar, and handling powders, supplements, and fresh fruits.
The Associate will also handle inventory and work with vendors to showcase items around the store to promote healthy lifestyles.
Performance Target(s):
Engage ## of residents to sign up for memberships, Implement in-store promotions, and achieve %% of targets in performance evaluation.
Achieve satisfactory customer service feedback from residents on the annual community feedback survey.
Duties:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Front End Clerk Handle transactions and offer premier customer service Manage the grocery space by blocking and facing shelved products Clean spaces and equipment Provide support for team events and activities Juice Bar Operation Handle dried, processed, and fresh fruits as well as powders and supplements Operate appliances such as a blender, mortar and pestle, silverware, sinks Regularly clean appliances and floors Properly store juice bar ingredients Promote new juices, smoothies, and vendors' beverages being advertised Managing Inventory and Store Space Taking note of inventory, conduct audits of products needed Handling promotional materials and moving products throughout the store for new sales strategies Working with vendors to take products from boxes to shelves Providing General Support Across The Store Have a collaborative and helping mindset with coworkers Represent the organization in related coalitions, meetings, and collaboratives and serve as a compelling voice for action
Qualifications:
Clinton Hill or South Ward residents preferred; High School Diploma or GED required; Good communication and customer service skills; Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends; Ability to lift up to 50lbs Job Type:
