Responsibilities:
Provide guests with quality dining experience in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
Proper greeting of customers when arriving to present with menu and immediate beverage orders Perform wait and service standards within specific time frames or in a timely manner Full knowledge of all menu items to present to the customers and to provide suggestions for pairing and upselling Proper order input to kitchen for minimal to no errors Assist our guest as needed ensure a pleasurable and memorable dining experience for repeat business Address and attend to customers' concerns, issues, or questions immediately, or immediately involve MOD Proper cash handling on all transactions Clear, properly clean and set tables for quick turnaround Complete all side work as required Create a team oriented environment to eliminate any conflict Qualifications Excellent customer service skills to exceed customer expectations Manage performance in a fast-paced environment Professional attitude and behavior Carry, pull, and push up to 50 pounds Alcohol certified if handling alcohol beverages CULINAIRE provides upscale food and beverage management services to a very diverse collection of national accounts to include art museums, cultural landmarks, hotels, restaurant, special event venues, theaters and privately owned zoos.
