What are requirements for the ideal Administrative and Tenant Accountants Receivable Coordinator? You have recent bookkeeping experience.
You enjoy learning new systems because we continually update and streamline our processes.
You are proficient with Windows, Word, Excel and Microsoft Office 365.
You have excellent credit.
Our staff gets first priority to rent any of our apartments, and many of our staff members are also our residents (including the president of the company).
As a result, we expect our staff to have excellent credit like our residents.
