Your ImpactThe successful candidate will have the following
Responsibilities:
Timely and on-budget delivery of the design packages relevant to their disciplineResponsible for the quality of the package relevant to their disciplineWorks on multiple projects at the same timeEfficiently manages a group of engineers to achieve the above three goalsResponsible for guiding and mentoring the junior staffProvides their expert input to the projectsIdentifying the gaps in the expertise in their groups.
Reports to the management and actively supports the efforts to ensure all areas of expertise necessary for successful project delivery have been covered.
Coordinates the interfaces with other engineering disciplinesSupport the Project Engineer to achieve the overall project goalsRepresents the project and corresponding discipline in front of the client, in coordination with the Project EngineerProvides support to proposalsSupports hiring processSupports the development of the quality management systemTimely, and on-budget delivery of the projectsRepresent the project in front of the client, when necessary, supported by engineering leads and/or managementReporting and project management activities required by the Company or the clientSupport the management to achieve organization goalsExercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
Who You AreRequired QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering or closely related degree from a recognized institution10
years' post education experience, preferably in Transmission and Distribution systems in utility or industrial/commercial environments.

licensingKnowledge of codes and standards such as IEEE and ANSIHighly effective interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, expressing ideas effectively and professionally to an engineering and non-engineering audience.
Well-developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong self-leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively, persuasively, and tactfully interact with clients, regulators, project managers, and employees at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated effectiveness at coordinating and assertively directing subcontractors and others to consistently complete tasks safely and efficiently.
Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
Ability to work schedules conducive to project-specific requirements that may extend beyond the typical workweek.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Engineering.

Expected Salary:
$108,500 - $193,380 WSP USA is providing the compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location.
WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
