Are you ready to build your career by joining a global financial company? If so, our client is hiring a Business Systems Analyst!What You'll Do:
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Continuous upskilling of user platforms to support and in some cases administer updates within the system (configuration, tables, and administration). Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Performing user acceptance testing. Working closely with the Product Owner ensuring the team is focused on the right priorities. Creating and developing user stories and maintaining the backlog. Managing competing priorities. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Develop proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and AGILE tools (JIRA, MIRO). Qualifications:
Ability to influence and negotiate with key decision makers. Agile mindset. Requirement documentation. Process flow diagrams. Organized & Detail Oriented. Data analysis & integration. Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience working in an AGILE environment. Experience with AGILE tool. BA/BS in CS, Information Systems or Information management or Systems design. Life and Disability experience. Group Insurance experience a plus. Knowledge of SQL, Databases and Analytical/Reporting tools such as PowerBI/Tableau a plus. Position Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
