The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Communications Manager to join our team at our global headquartersThis pivotal role will focus 75% on internal and 25% external communications, embodying our values, and driving forward our brand's missionThe ideal candidate will be a resilient, proactive individual with a knack for storytelling and a versatile skill set capable of managing a wide range of responsibilities.
Key
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies, with an emphasis on internal messaging that engages our diverse workforce.
Act as a liaison with external PR agencies to coordinate broader communication initiatives and manage the corporate website's content with a creative and analytical approach.
Employ proficiency in content management systems (e.
g.
, WordPress) for crafting compelling copy and managing digital content.
Utilize Adobe AfterEffects for the creation of engaging visual content and manage the organization's presence across digital platforms.
Participate in crisis management planning and response, ensuring readiness and resilience in facing organizational challenges.
Engage in community-oriented activities, representing the company's values and commitment to social responsibility.
Drive strategic goals, aiming to increase digital engagement, member growth, employee referrals, and overall brand perception as a great place to work.
Qualifications:
Excellent Copy-Writing abilities and experience working with communications agencies and internal stakeholders for content curation.

years of Marketing/Communications for mid to enterprise-sized organization and a proven-track record of driving employee engagement through interactive campaigns.
Strong content design skills, Expertise with WordPress for company intranet/content management systems and PowerPoint for attractive presentations Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multi-faceted campaigns, with a focus on delivering results and meeting key performance indicators such as increased Employee Engagement and other ratings systems beneficial for company PR.
Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including WordPress, Adobe AfterEffects, and familiarity with SEO and email marketing strategies.
Experience in brand management, content creation, digital marketing, and project management, reflecting a capacity to pilot initiatives that drive brand growth and employee engagement.
Strong facilitation skills, with a proven track record of efficiently exchanging resources and digital assets between business groups and third-party vendors.
A background in strategic marketing and communications, in the retail or consumer goods industry and/or related industries.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to engage a variety of audiences through captivating content.

Compensation:
$115K-120K Base
15% Bonus, extremely competitive benefits package including health, retirement plans, employee discounts on company inventory.
Location:
Onsite, Newark-Area, NJ, unable to provide relocation, unable to consider remote, position is onsite 4-5 days per week at global company headquarters.
