We are always seeking friendly, cleaning superstars to add to our team of Independent Contractors! Our job is to find great house cleaners who can accept jobs in the Bergen County.
We then match you with clients who are in need of your qualified cleaning services.
We handle all of the customer service, scheduling, payments and billing.
Qualifications:
? Must have 2
year of PAID RESIDENTIAL (houses and apartments) professional cleaning experience ? 3 Professional and 3 Personal references ? Valid Driver License / ID ? Legally able to work in the US ? Have own reliable transportation ? English speaking (conversational okay) ? Must have own cleaning supplies ? Have access to email or smart phone ? REQUIRED:
Must have or be willing to purchase Professional General Liability Insurance Job
Responsibilities:
? Basic and Deep Cleaning for residential homes ? Sweeping, Mopping and Dusting ? Vacuuming homes and Cleaning glass ? Ability to manage time effectively You tell us your availability, what areas you would like to work in and what types of cleanings you will accept.
We send you the cleaning job offers regularly based on what you request.
Full time or Part time okay.
We take care of advertising, phone estimates, customer service, scheduling and billing for the clients.
You take care of only the cleaning and 55% of each job, which equals to $22-35 per cleaning hour.
Also, you keep 100% of the tips you collect.
You are able to keep your already established clients.
We are just here to help you gain more clients.
Start date ASAP, interview and background screening takes between 7-10 days.
We Clean New Jersey is not the employer of its registered cleaner; you would be accepting jobs as an Independent Contractor- House cleaner Our team will contact you within 5 business days.
This opportunity is not suitable for you if you are seeking a full-time job immediately.
Once a housecleaner works with our company, we will begin to send them jobs as much as possible.
However, we are not able to immediately send you 40 hours worth of cleaning jobs right away.
