ABOUT THE ROLE The Customer Service Representative (CSR) interacts with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests regarding sales orders and the Company's products and services.
The CSR is responsible for continuous communication and collaboration with all team members pertaining to customer accounts and sales orders.
The successful applicant is a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.
The ideal candidate should always be willing to meet each challenge directly, be attentive and maintain a high level of accuracy in their work.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE Receive orders directly via phone, email or electronically.
Consistently respond to all inquires in a professional and timely manner Ensure processing order tasks are completed accurately, with attention to detail and customer requirements Develop an accurate working knowledge of company products, operating systems, and standards with all aspects of customer service Coordinating with the warehouse team and suppliers for complete planning of loadings and pickups including providing instructions QUALIFICATIONS THAT ARE IMPORTANT TO US Strong background in Logistics or Transportation is necessary High school diploma or higher At least 2 years' experience and/or training in a service-related industry Time management skills and ability to manage multiple orders at once Must be detail oriented with excellent follow up skills Excellent verbal and written skills Well experienced using software technology, such as e-mail, Microsoft Office, etc Excellent at working in a team environment, with an active role in their own development by integrating coaching/feedback on performance into daily routines WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU Join a growing company, and be part of a dynamic team! The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
