Responsibilities:
- Must have experience working in a call center.
- Responds to telephone inquiries using standard scripts and procedures.
- Gathers information, research/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Bilingual candidates who are fluent in Spanish or other languages are highly desired (not mandatory).
