Summary:
Performs a wide variety of routine tasks in the cafeteria, kitchen, tray line, dish & pot washing areas as needed, Completes assigned tasks according to standard practices and procedures complying with regulatory requirements, ensuring that customer needs are met to satisfaction, Ensures compliance with regulatory or accrediting agency standards, i,e, JCAHO, DOH, OSHA & SBHCS compliance program, Ensures confidential treatment of all communications and records of management and patient Maintain established policies and procedures, standards and practices in food preparation to achieve departmental objectives in high quality, nutritional meals, Stock the cafeteria with appropriate foods e,g, hot and cold foods, baked goods, beverages, desserts and condiments, Set up menu boards to reflect current selections.
