Job SummaryUnder general supervision, the seasonal analyst uses knowledge and skills obtained through formal education and/or experience to work on specific projects within an assigned functional area.
The seasonal analyst follows established procedures to perform tasks and receives general guidance and direction to perform other work with substantial variety and varied complexity.
Some judgment is required to adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to apply to more complex assignments.
Routine contact with internal and external customers may be required to exchange basic information.
This is a temporary role.
Work Schedule:
Up to 40 hours per week for a limited time, determined by department need.

Work on key regulatory issues dealing with various regulatory bodies (domestic and foreign) and securities exchanges.
Exposure to different practice areas including, securities regulation, anti-money laundering issues, and compliance operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assists with regulatory and corporate filings.
Deals with regulatory agencies and research regulations.
Prepares and reviews of policies and procedures.
Implements compliance programs/ control frameworks.
Analyzes and implements existing and new regulations.
Assists with other matters handled by the Compliance Department.
Operates standard office equipment and uses required software applications.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesKnowledge of Interest in financial markets and regulations Fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a professional office environment.
Basic concepts, principles, and practices of an assigned business unit.
Skill ino Operating standard office equipment and using, or having the ability to learn, required software applications.
o Ability to work effectively as part of a virtual/hybrid team.
Ability too Organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
o Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
o Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
o Provide a high level of customer service.
o Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Educational/Previous Experience Requirementso Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
