Center for Clinical Learning Adjunct Clinical Instructor

The per diem Clinical Instructor in the Center for Clinical Learning is responsible for implementing a program of on-campus clinical learning experiences in the School of Nursing.
The clinical instructor may assist CCL and RSON faculty with skills labs, facilitate simulation experiences, and work in tandem with faculty and staff to provide active learning for students in various courses.
This per diem position will be scheduled as needed in the Center for Clinical Learning for students across academic program levels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1.
Implement best practices in nursing education using active learning strategies in accordance with CCL , School, and University procedures and policies.
2.
Collaborate with faculty on the implementation of clinical learning strategies to enhance student success in meeting program outcomes.
3.
Evaluate students' clinical skills performance in the Center for Clinical Learning4.
Setup, facilitate, and break down scheduled clinical learning experiences5.
Work with CCL faculty and staff to maintain inventory of supplies and equipment in the CCL.
6.
Understands and adheres to Rutgers' compliance standards as they appear in RBHS's Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy.
7.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
