Description Greet customers as you see them, speak politely, and assist customersMaintains the basic upkeep of all rooms and common areas by ensuring all furniture, appliances, and electrical equipment such as televisions, refrigerators, and light fixtures are in working orderEnsures all paint and flooring meet company standardsRepairs or replaces all HVAC systems such as individual air conditioning units as neededCleans and maintains the hotels exterior spaces such as the parking lot, swimming pool, landscaping, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
