Wholesale Customer Operations Representative
Summary:
The Wholesale Customer Operations Representative supports sales efforts by providing a variety of services, solutions, and support to wholesale existing customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.
Customer Operations Responsible for keying any manual orders.
Maintain an orderly workflow according to department priorities.
Review NSR codes and complete any needed IA's or IC's Complete Job Orders for special labeling or ticketing Partner with Sales to obtain extensions or PO corrections.
Assist in reviewing and resolving PO Errors in EDI 850 Transaction Maintenance Applying 855 & 860's to Purchase Orders Release partial and complete purchase orders to pick.
Partner with the import logistics team for inbound shipment ETA Assist in managing customer portals for ECOM accounts.
Work closely with 3PL's to ensure timely shipping of ECOM and wholesale orders Proficient knowledge of:
Bluecherry ERP, MS Office
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor's Degree and/or Five years of related experience Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining quality.
Proficient on Microsoft Office Programs.
Excellent/advanced Excel skills Proficient knowledge of:
Bluecherry ERP, MS Office Excellent written and oral communication skills.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
Must be able to visually see and read typed written documents Require more than 2/3 of the time - talk/hear; sit; Use hands to fingers, handle or feel Required less than 1/2 of the time - Stand, walk- Must be able to lift 15 lbs WORK ENVIRONMENT:
