Recruiting Coordinator About the Role:
We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruiting team in attracting and hiring top talent.
This role is responsible for managing the recruiting process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various roles across the company Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and HR Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) Assist with reference and background checks Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation and benefits enrollment Provide support to the recruiting team as needed Attend job fairs and other recruiting events as needed Continuously strive to improve the candidate experience and overall recruiting process Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or a related field Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with an ATS is preferred IND123 Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
