ABOUT THIS ROLEThe HR Project Management Office Lead is a part of the People and Places ('P&P) Organization.
This is a newly formed role at Audible reporting to the Head of P&P Operations and Technology.
The HR Project Management Office Lead is responsible for overseeing the People and Places project portfolio of work and will administer and monitor projects and sub-projects such that cost, quality, plan, time, and benefits realization are controlled and achieved, through ensuring that all projects adhere to the timelines and the team is connected to meet the ultimate goal.
The HR Project Management Office Leads main responsibilities will include:
program vision; benefits and quality management; stakeholder management; portfolio management; and project planning including milestone management; and risk and issue management.
Integral to delivering these responsibilities will be maintaining risks, issues, assumptions, actions logs; resource forecasting; dependency management; and program reporting.
Operationally, the HR Project Management Office Lead in conjunction with the Head of P&P Operations and Technology, will provide and enable project prioritization, resource planning and decision making.
ABOUT YOUYou are a skilled and experienced Project Management Practitioner, effective at using the entire PMP toolkit, and are capable of performing both strategic and tactical work that involve masterfully managing the lifecycle of a complex set of initiatives that make up a program.
As HR Project Management Office Lead, you willEnsure the successful implementation of the PMO's strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverables.
Execute reporting to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Establish frameworks and standards for Program and Project Management.
Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking service across the Program.
Coordinate project closure to distil good practice and ensure lessons learned are logged.
Challenge others to develop as leaders while clarifying roles and responsibilities.
Oversee junior PMs in training.
Define and embed project control and governance.
Provide Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Resource forecasting.
Financial & change management across the project portfolio.
Prepare regular status reporting for the engagement of leadership.
Help teams make trade-offs between short-term needs vs.
long-term needs and ensure teams are able to find a path forward in difficult situations.
Effectively run and manage the business cadence of programs (meetings, planning, reviews) as needed, driving detailed discussions, high-level alignment and complex decisions.
Be a strong communicator, regularly producing detailed and executive-level verbal and written communications such as complex decisions, tough trade-offs, and potential solutions), and drive detailed discussions and ongoing alignment.
Adeptly build consensus, rigorously follows standards, and deliver independently, with limited guidance.
Continuously improve, streamline, and/or eliminates excess process, drive efficiencies, and create standardizations of work where needed.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
