ABOUT THIS ROLEAs Audible continues to grow and scale, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager, Diversity to join our Global Talent Acquisition team and report to our Head of Talent Attraction.
You will help us build and execute on our broader vision to increase the diversity of our candidate pipeline, deliver top notch candidate experiences, build relationships with diverse talent pools, and track progress to goals to ensure the most impactful results.
You will be accountable for finding new diverse talent channels and building and maintaining relationships with existing and new channels.
You'll be a part of a team that is led by curiosity, likes to get stuff done and have fun while doing it.
ABOUT YOUYou are curious, resourceful and collaborative and dive into data and turn insights into action.
You are an experienced program manager with a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) within talent acquisition.
As a Senior Project Manager, you willDeliver a holistic diversity recruiting strategy and provide program management to operationalize diversity initiatives based on the hiring needs of each business.
Translate high level strategy partnerships and programs into customized and tailored approaches that meet the unique needs of each business.
Own existing and new tactics and initiatives ranging from diversity data, recruiter training, diversity recruiting and sourcing tools and external partnerships and events.
Create trusted partnerships with recruiting managers and business leaders, facilitate partnerships across the organization to advance diversity recruiting across the company and deliver results through collaboration and influence.
Identify, implement and drive improved adoption of diversity sourcing and recruiting best practices, educate recruiting teams to integrate those practices - faster learnings and iterations, and an acceleration of our efforts to meet our hiring goals.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
