ABOUT THE ROLEAs Audible continues to grow and scale, we are looking for a Senior Talent Market Intelligence Researcher to join our Global Talent Acquisition team and report to our Head of Talent Attraction.
As Senior Talent Market Intelligence Researcher, you will build and execute research strategies for organizational talent mapping, identifying critical geo-talent clusters, and leveraging internal and external data sources to deliver solutions for our businesses.
You will partner with recruiting teams, HR partners and business stakeholders to understand long-term organizational hiring needs, and influence where we grow our teams over time.

As a Senior Talent Market Intelligence Researcher, you will.

Conduct continuous research for target companies and talent location mapping in key hiring areas for the company.
Be responsible for understanding the complex technical talent marketplace and building a strong understanding of our skills, competencies and the competitive landscape.
Collaborate with internal and external researchers to deliver meaningful talent intelligence for customers and stakeholders.
Continually contribute to the knowledge base of Talent Acquisition teams by providing education on relevant industries and building talent pools.
Collaborate with hiring teams and talent acquisition partners at all levels to understand organization challenges and hiring needs and apply learnings to strategic consults.
Deliver solutions to help drive better quality and overall number of hires across Audible Talent Acquisition.
Proactively provide recommendations as a talent researcher and subject matter expert that directly impacts workforce planning.
Work cross-collaboratively with teams across the organization, such as Human Resources, Compensation, and the Business to ensure a superior client and candidate experience.
Effectively communicate with key stakeholders to increase influence and application of research products with the right customers at the right time.
Create unique and robust search strategies to identify and attract the best talent.
Mentor and coach other Sourcers/Recruiters to extend current passive sourcing capability.
Help dive deep into strategies that are working (or not) to help provide knowledge and lift to the recruiting teams.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
