ABOUT THIS ROLEAs a Senior Client Lead Recruiter, you'll work with Hiring Managers and an exceptional team of Recruiting Sourcers and Coordinators to attract and hire the brightest and the best talent.

The focus for this role is to hire top talent, serve as a primary recruiting point of contact for the business, and have significant influence and impact over the delivery of recruiting services to our customers.

You draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners.

You possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize your time, demonstrate push back and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
As a Senior Client Lead Recruiter, you willPartner with hiring managers and required stakeholders to generate, close and hire talent.
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine-tuning standard processes.
Conduct in-depth screening of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.
Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategies which target diverse candidate channels and assess candidates for fit and motivation rather than simply selling a role.
Continually contribute to the knowledge base of the group and Audible, as a whole, by providing education on relevant industries and talent pools/profiles.
Coach leaders to continuously improve their talent acquisition capabilities.
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives as needed.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
