You have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client & account management, organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize your time, demonstrate push back and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
As aTech Recruiter, you willManage full lifecycle intern and apprentice recruiting process for candidate and client side.
Attend/Run Debrief meetings for intern and apprentice roles.
Complete, with sourcing, status updates for Hiring Managers.
Participate in Activate Caring Events and Newark Community Volunteering.
Establish and foster partnership with Talent Acquisition peers - Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators.
Set expectations with Hiring Managers while communicating and holding stakeholders to agreed upon service levels agreements.
Partner with HR Business Partner (HRBP).
Stay current on market trends and business lines supported.
Assess candidates to ensure they embody the Audible People Principles.
Create and present diverse candidate slates.
Review and evaluate recruiting activities and implementation of new ideas that can optimize for better business results.
Maintain candidate records in Applicant Tracking System.
Utilize internal tools - Offer Calculator, Microsoft Office, ICIMS, HIRE, etc.
Work with Compensation team to calculate appropriate offers.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
