ABOUT THIS ROLEYou will serve as a change agent and subject matter expert committed to creating a culture of inclusion and broadening the spectrum of talent at Audible.
You will ensure that diversity, equity and inclusion principles, practices and processes are embedded across the talent life cycle and work environment.
You will l partner with various COEs within HR as well as representatives from business teams to execute on Audible's S&B strategy and vision and will lead key projects related to S&B.
You will report to Spectrum & Belonging Head at Audible and will be a key part of the People & Places team here.
As a DEI (Spectrum & Belonging) Specialist, you willKeep abreast of DEI research insights, and leading and innovative practices and leverage those to build creative solutions to pilot, develop and execute effective DEI programs.
Regularly measure, analyze, and report on DEI data and present it in a manner that is understood by diverse stakeholders, including Audible leadership team.
Understand legal regulations as it pertains to protected categories and leverage those insights into the development and communication of DEI policies and practices at Audible.
Collaborate with key stakeholders (HRBPs, HR COEs, Talent Acquisition, Business Leaders etc.
) to execute on our DEI strategy and vision.
Support with the strategic planning, design, implementation and monitoring of key diversity, equity and inclusion programs, ensuring plans are aligned with our philosophy, talent development frameworks, organizational goals and our DEI calendar of events and communications.
Partner and lead various employee facing DEI focused programs like Audible's Returnship program, leading end to end program management.
Activities to include:
Drive programs objectives, define project plans, manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for program/process roll out and ongoing support.
Provide consultative experience and support to business teams in building their DEI goals, monitor progress and build action plans to impact DEI in their teams.
Partner with HRBPs to identify root causes for DEI challenges and opportunities for different business teams through both quantitative and qualitative means.
Identify best practices in various business as it pertains to DEI and help scale them to other parts of the organization.
Develop a keen awareness of the global cultural differences across the regions as it pertains to DEI and collaborate with our international teams to ensure all programs and initiatives are globally relevant and impactful.
Partner with our recruitment team to enable and equip recruiters and hiring managers with the tools, training, and resources to attract underrepresented talent and set them up for success in the hiring process.
Enhance and elevate the work of our Impact Groups (Employee Resource Groups).
Partner with our Learning & Development teams to support with efforts around DEI awareness trainings.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
