You will partner with the business leaders and their teams to identify current and future needs, prioritize deliverables, and coordinate with HR Center of Excellence colleagues to deliver solutions across the HR spectrum including Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Talent Management, Coaching & Development and Culture, Engagement and Belonging initiatives.
As Senior HR Business Partner to the Chief Technology Officer, you will Help drive rigor and best practices in all people-related processes.
Coordinate across our Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and Total Rewards partner teams to plan and deliver holistic and fit-for-purpose HR solutions.
Work directly with the senior leaders and their teams to translate their business objectives into specific plans that will help each of them tackle the complex HR challenges unique to their organization.
These plans will entail key projects and initiatives such as Organization Effectiveness - assess and align team structures and people processes to Business Goals/Strategy; rationalize headcount requests using external span of control and other benchmarks.
Actively works to remove bottlenecks.
Creates best practices.
May negotiate new boundaries for their area of ownership to achieve a better, more efficient outcome.
Ensures the right people are in the right job.
Actively builds succession plans.
Talent Development - facilitate talent assessment and succession processes across the teams and help managers create specific career growth plans to develop and grow employees; oversee sensitive employee relations issues directly with ER and Legal to manage performance issues timely and thoughtfully.
Coaching & Development - work with senior leaders and managers across the teams to improve/enhance their leadership effectiveness with day to day advice and counsel and continuous feedback.
Able to distill diverse inputs from large customer segments and stakeholders to set a vision, design a strategy, and achieve consensus on priorities.
Leads independently.
Culture & Engagement - play a key role in action planning around Spectrum & Belonging (Diversity & Inclusion) plans and Employee Survey results; help drive communications/changes to create a culture of inclusion, with clear roles and responsibilities and transparency across the teams.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
