The role is for a Support Analyst to join our global stellar team who are responsible for providing first- and second-line support to our hosted and on-site clients. Work Mode:
This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings. Responsibilities Provide first line support for our hosted clients Handle any production issues that may arise, partner with appropriate development and production support area to prioritize bug fixes, support tooling requirement and anticipate future business changes and actively adapt plans to ensure premium service Participate in application releases from development, testing and deployment into production Engage in post implantation analysis to ensure successful system design and functionality Work with other Broadridge team where required To be involved in the critical incident management process Qualification:
Business Degree or equivalent industry experience Minimum 5 years of IT Industry ecperience Microsoft SQL 2016/2019 knowledge required Knowledge of .Net and IIS required Working knowledge of Microsoft windows operating systems. Familiar with Microsoft teams Understand of basic principles of ITIL Experience working with AWS services including AWS Glue, Lambda. ECS will be a huge plus Excellent time management, communications, leadership, and decision-making skills Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of Swift, MS Office, Confluence/SharePoint Knowledge of confirmation matching or reconciliations tools Knowledge of Splunk Hosted/On-site Reconciliations and Matching The Compensation Range or Base Salary- $115k range Bonus Eligibility:
