We are looking for a Senior ProjectManager to join our team on a long term contract basis as the owner of the Reconciliation stream. This individual will ensure appropriate communication among the entire project team and stakeholders. You will have a strong understanding of the customer's business and marketing requirements and lead assigned implementation team projects ensuring the quality of deliverables are met on time and within established budget. The Project Manager leads a project team within our organization through planning, organizing and controlling a project from start to finish. This position requires the applicant to understand all the skills needed to complete a project and manage staff across departments. They also analyze potential risks, issues or changes that may take place that could impact the project's timeline and makes changes accordingly. Anticipates and meets, or exceeds, internal customer expectations and requirements; establishes and maintains effective relationships with associates and gains their trust and respect. Possesses expertise in the business unit(s) they support. Implement formal and informal processes for integration of project/process management activity with other key interpersonal functions. Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology. Extracts and integrates data for modeling and analysis to facilitate business planning decisions. Design, develop and implement processes, procedures and tools to support the efficient implementation and management of multi-functional initiatives and activity including scope definition and management, work plan development, prioritization, resource planning and allocation, communication, monitoring and evaluation. This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings. Job

Work closely and seamlessly with multiple departments including Development, Business, Quality Assurance, and Senior Management. The role requires someone with outstanding communication, leadership, management, facilitation, and problem solving skills, in addition to requiring sophisticated Project Management skills. Ensure the successful completion of assigned projects and programs through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting of status through consistent, standardized dashboards and metric reporting in support of Broadridge and department specific strategic goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree 7
years of project management experience; handling sophisticated projects or multiple projects combined into a program with demonstrated success Proficient in MS-Project, MS-Excel and Power Point Solid understanding and background in JIRA 3
years experience in the Financial Services industry Consistent record for delivering results Possesses strong ability to understand and communicate issues Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment Outstanding team leadership and multi-functional team management skills Experience working and managing projects in an Agile environment Ability to analyze and document business and technical processes and workflows Excellent verbal and written presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization Strong organizational/conflict resolution skills with a polished and professional presence An energetic, positive, and innovative demeanor, working as a true teammate and facilitator to bring their project to a successful delivery #LI-MR1
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
