The UX Research team is searching for an energetic UX ResearchOps Associate to join our growing team here at Audible.

You love connecting with people both in person and through digital media.
You crave collaborating with innovative researchers, designers, product managers and engineers exploring the limits of audio content discovery, subscription and consumption experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Be the go-to person for recruiting of participants for user research at Audible.
Manage the recruitment process of research participants for research studies happening at Audible, consumer homes, or other places consumers might enjoy listening with Audible.
Continually improve and perfect our recruiting efforts so we get the best participants possible for research.
Manage a calendar and intake process for user research studies happening across Audible.
Greet participants for research and make sure they are taken care of while they are with us.
Coordinate with research, design and product team members to make sure research studies progress smoothly.
Support the compliancy of our recruiting process with our Legal and Privacy teams.
Support the management of relationships with our recruitment vendors to ensure a smooth process for us as well as for the people that are recruited for research.
Support the management of relationships with our remote research and design tool vendors, such as InVision, UserZoom, usertesting.
com and others.
Support the management of access to our remote research tools, employee panel and large insider community so that we can quickly launch research studies.
Be a strong and vocal advocate.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
