Alliance Manager -- Oncology

My client seeks an Alliance Manager to provide scientific and technical promotion for their services and form strategic research and clinical collaborations. The Medical Science Liaison will bring new sites on board and work with current sites to maximize enrollment in research programs. The ideal candidate will take on the follow tasks:
--Identify, prioritize and expand the research and clinical collaborations.
--Manage collaborations within the territory and understand the research and drug development needs of current and future partners.
--Work as an internal collaborator and leverage multi-faceted opportunities in the territory.
--Identify clinical trial opportunities and facilitate collaborations while optimizing timelines.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
--MD or PhD in biotechnology, pharmacology or biology. Masters Degree with excellent experience will also be considered.
--Strong oncology background.
--3-5 years of industry experience in drug development or clinical trial management.
--Extensive knowledge and understanding of the preclinical and clinical drug development process including clinical trial execution.
--Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate scientific data to internal and external colleagues.
--Excellent scientific written and oral communications and inter-personal skills.
--High degree of comfort giving oral presentations and being challenged with questions.
--Demonstrated ability to work effectively and productively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.
--People and customer service orientation.
--Travel 50% nationally
--Home based position
--Can be based anywhere on the East Coast or Mid WestEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
