The Team Leader - Sweet Applications will be responsible for providing overall leadership and overseeing department outputs including product concepts & protocepts with the goal of achieving customer winning solutions.
Qualifications:
-BS in food science, chemistry, or related; MS preferred
-Must have combined supervisor / management experience with ability to lead and do bench work
-Must have both sweet and confectionery food applications experience combined with some dairy applications background
-10
years of experience in flavor, food ingredients, and/or product development
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-US CITIZEN/PERM RESIDENTEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
