SEC Reporting Analyst

Can you provide expertise in development and filing of financial disclosure required by the Securities and Exchange Commission for a company and its subsidiaries? Are you a CPA that is passionate about GAAP and SEC regulations, and SAP with FI and Controlling modules?
The person we are seeking is a key contributor and liaison with the Legal Dept., Sr. Management and independent auditors in determining appropriate disclosure. Research and interpret accounting and financial disclosure regulations to determine appropriate financial disclosure to ensure Enterprises compliance with SEC regulations. Discuss and coordinate information requested from business representatives pertaining to the state of company's subsidiary businesses to determine necessary inclusion in SEC disclosure. Prepare and review financial statements, notes to financials and managements discussion and analysis. Review other company documents, presentations and external communications to maintain consistency with SEC filings.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, Education or
Experience:
Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance & 8 years related experience.
Masters degree in Accounting/Finance & 4 years related experience.

years of related experience
Working knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations.
SAP experience FI and Controlling (CO) modules.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated analytical ability.
Ability to interact with leadership and other associates.

Desired Qualifications, Competencies, Education or
Experience:
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
CPA/CMA.
Preferably Big 4 accounting experience.
