Roles and
Responsibilities:
Maintains all aspects of Oracle general ledger application, supports system process during monthly close; participates in all phases of system implementation / enhancement projects; and creates / maintains financial reports and tools to provide various analysis to senior management.
Main Functions:
Partners with project team leaders in managing user, IS and consultant activities, developing schedules and ensuring adherence, controlling project costs and generating project status reports for financial system projects and implementations.
Develops computer system specifications outlining specific business requirements for financial system enhancements.
Performs in-depth analysis of problem areas, reviewing existing policy, procedures and systems to determine why problems exist and/or why specific information requirements are not being met.
Collaborates with IS, consultants and various user departments to implement major system enhancements and initiatives, including process evaluation, program testing, procedure documentation and user training.
Generates and publishes monthly Oracle reports to public directory for finance users.
Updates Oracle allocation and recurring entry definitions for fringe and spread back rates annually.
Processes annual budget loads, maintains control logs and reconciles budget reports.
Maintains Oracle consolidation configurations; performs monthly transfers and resolves errors.
Maintains Oracle chart-of-accounts.
Develops, maintains and reconciles Oracle financial statements (FSGs) Creates GL Wand master reports and drill templates to be used by various groups for financial analysis.
Education, Experience, and
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration or related areas and Five years of applied experience in financial systems, to include the design and implementation of computerized financial systems.
Advanced Oracle EBS General Ledger / Oracle ERP Cloud Experience Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
