Gateway Group One Security Officers are responsible for meeting the day-to-day needs of customers and clients.
Respond courteously and respectfully to resolve issues, while following policies and procedures set forth by the client and Gateway Group One.
Individuals must be able to react professionally in stressful situations.
Document situations as they occur and reach out to the appropriate person as needed
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors/vendors/clients in a professional demeanor Answer phones, monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems Conduct tours of inside and or outside perimeters of client site Log in visitors/vendors/contractors Maintain a daily log of all activities for post Perform escorts when required Access control Foot patrol Post inspections
Qualifications:
Superior Customer Service Skills and Professional demeanor Strong problem-solving skills Proper Telephone Etiquette Moderate to Advanced Computer Skills A valid SORA license Required A Valid Driver's License in good standing, e.

Experience:
ability to work with individuals in a variety of situations Ability to work independently and as a team.
Strong oral and written communication skills Flexible availability Morning/Evening/Overnights Weekends/ Holidays shifts may be required.
F/T P/T- opportunities available Security Experience a Plus High School Diploma/GED required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
