The BCBA is part of a team of dedicated professionals working to strengthen and stabilize the families of youth with I/DD.
Job duties include:
consultation and evaluations; creating a behavior support plan (BSP); maintain proper documentation and submit documentation according to agency policy; monitor and modify BSP; supervision of BCaBA and behavior technicians; and other duties as needed.
Professional specialization in dealing with youth with I/DD who have experiences trauma is desired.
