ABOUT THIS ROLEAs an AV Program Manager, you will work in tandem with the Audible employees, contractors and vendors to create a seamless in-person, virtual or hybrid event.
You will be the first line of AV Event support which will include the scheduling of events, setting up equipment, pre-event checks, post event shutdown, equipment rentals, 3rd party vendor support and maintenance schedules.
Perform weekly checks on all event spaces to ensure functionality and immediately fix or escalate any issues to other team members to ensure little to no downtime.
You will provide trouble-shooting and help desk support for event support customers, master control operations, off-campus multi-media event support, live and post video production services (lighting, audio, recording, directing, editing, and media duplication for internal and external use).
Post-production activities include managing incoming/outgoing assets, editing, versioning, and upkeep of asset catalog.
Potentially, you will need to travel and/or work outside of normal business hours, to include evenings and weekends, for special events or for international teams.
Create run-books or documentation on event space usage and use the internal ticketing system to track issues and metrics.
As a team, we constantly seek opportunities to improve and streamline our AV processes, maintain and update the internal and user facing documentation for all managed services, and jump in to troubleshoot and resolve AV related issues.

As a Program Manager, Audio Visual Events, you willExhibit excellent customer interaction.
Manage, schedule, and operate live events.
Facilitate and monitor key A/V meetings and events, including live-streams.
Plan and guide other teams in best approach to events.
Post Production AV activities like editing for distribution, catalog and archive.
Own and grow Audio Visual Events Program.
Manage Stage Crews, Rentals and Vendors.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot streaming platform and equipment.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Live Event Systems/ Meeting Systems.
Pull, manage, and terminate cables and troubleshoot equipment and racks.
Manage event spaces to conform to organizational best practices.
Track project assignments and adjust personal schedule based on project priorities.
Work autonomously to resolve most support issues.
Provide Operational Excellence technical leadership, identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
