ABOUT THIS ROLEThe Audible Tech Ops organization is looking for a Project/Program Manager to assist with the tracking and execution of our initiatives across the company with a strong focus on overseeing the various project constituents so the team operates efficiently and effectively.
This role will involve handling projects for both internal and external customers - most projects being led by an external stakeholder.
The Program Manager we seek has a blend of business and technical skills.
You are able to quickly assess and manage risks without compromising security, measure and report on progress, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance the business needs with the technical constraints.
You will leverage their strong collaboration skillset to engage the various partners as well as align with the organization's tenet on continuous improvement to drive the team's project portfolio prioritization and deliverables.
ABOUT THE TEAMThe Audible Tech Ops organization is a multi-faceted team whose purpose is to architect, deploy, and support the various systems that keep Audible's back-office business running 24x7.
Consisting of AV, Help desk and Support Engineers, and System Dev Engineers, our customers rely on us to help them find the solutions to their problems no matter how large or small.
As an IT Program Manager, you will Gather business requirements.
Create project plans.
Establish, assign, and track responsibilities and project milestones.
Compose various forms of documentation.
Keep all stakeholders updated.
Manage competing priorities.
Influence roadmaps and organizational decisions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
